You can login to this application if you have login credentials to an active user account. Login IDs and passwords must be entered exactly as provided by your Administrator.

If you get a message indicating that your Login ID or Password is invalid, you may have typed in wrong credentials. Contact your Administrator to retrieve/reset your credentials.

Your Login ID will be locked-out if you have not logged into the application for the time that exceeds the expiration time setting entered by your Administrator, for example 90 days. You may also get locked out after a pre-configured number of consecutive failed attempts. Contact your Administrator to release your locked status.

If you are being kicked out of your login session repeatedly, the most likely reason is that your web browser is not set to allow cookies. Your browser needs to save your login session, which is identified by what is commonly known as a "cookie" stored on your computer. Ensure that your browser is set up to accept cookies.

If you see a message indicating that you have no locations assigned to you, it means your login set up is incomplete. Please contact your Administrator to assign your work locations.

If you see a message indicating that you are attempting to login from a region that is not supported, you may be attempting to login from outside of the US. Due to security concerns and organization policies your access to the application is limited to the US region only.

You cannot login to the application from two different browser windows or computers at the same time. If you attempt this, you will be allowed to continue with your most recent login session. Your previous session will be terminated and you will see a message indicating that there are multiple sessions active with your Login ID. If you were not previously logged into a session thus indicating another user has your login credentials, change your password immediately.

After logging in, if you perform no action for a prolonged time, for example 30 minutes, you will be logged out automatically when you attempt to perform any action and re-directed to the Login page. Login again and continue working with the application.

After login, the application shows your name and the organization to which you have logged in. For our clients who work from multiple environments, you have unique logins that provide access to each of these environments. If the display for role, name and/or organization does not match the intended login, you may have used an unintended login. Check your logins again for each environment and try again, using the login for the target environment.
